Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Nail’s Mall Beauty Supply, we recognize that sometimes a purchase doesn’t work out. We’re here to help!
15-Day Return Window: You can return items within 15 days of delivery. Past this period, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
Item Condition for Return: Make sure your item is unused, in its original condition, and packaging.
Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns and exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns or exchanges on polishes, gels, powders, products without tamper-proof seals, electronics, cutting tools and clearance items.
Initiating a Return/Exchange: Email us at [email protected] with your order number. We’ll guide you through the process. Please allow us 24-48 hours to respond.
Warranty in Electronics are carried with the manufacturer directly. Either way if you have trouble with any electronic you can contact us and we will be more than happy to help you with the manufacturer information.
